Atarayo, the Japanese band behind the anime theme song of The Dangers In My Heart season 2, are heading out on their first ever Asia tour. They’ll perform in Taiwan, China, and their native Japan.

Japanese indie rockers Hitsujibungaku (who’ve experienced an anime-fuelled upswing in popularity thanks to their Jujutsu Kaisen theme ‘More Than Words’) have extended their first-ever Asia tour, which ran from March to April. In July, they’ll perform headline shows in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Hong Kong. The latter two dates are already sold out. In late August, they’ll perform another slew of dates at home in Japan.

Psychic Fever From Exile Tribe: Psychic Fever Asia Tour: “Heat”

The Japanese boyband Psychic Fever From Exile Tribe are embarking on a tour of Asia that will kick off with several dates in their native Japan before continuing onto other locations in Asia, a press release states. Stay tuned for more details.

Accusefive: Around the New World Tour

Dates: May 18 – June 22 Cities: Xiamen, Xian, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong Find tickets and more info here

Taiwan trio Accusefive will take their Around the New World Tour to Asia this year, playing two dates in China before heading to Southeast Asia. They’ll perform two shows in Malaysia (adding another after the first sold out), and one in Singapore (which is already sold out). Details of a Hong Kong show are forthcoming.

XG: 1st World Tour “The First Howl”

Japan’s XG will kick off their first world tour in Asia, playing four shows in Japan – two in Osaka and Yokohama apiece – before heading to the rest of East and Southeast Asia. They’ve confirmed that they’ll play South Korea, Taiwan and Singapore in July, then perform in the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia the following month.

They’ve also promised more dates in greater China, not to mention North America, Australia, South America and Europe.

Alexander 23: American Boy In Asia Tour

Alexander 23 is undertaking the self-explanatory American Boy In Asia Tour this June, kicking things off in China before heading to Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and finally Taiwan.

Perfume: COD3 OF P3RFUM3 ZOZ5 Asia Tour 2024

Japanese pop queens Perfume have announced their first performances in Asia in five years, taking their COD3 OF P3RFUM3 ZOZ5 show to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and China.

Elephant Gym: The World Tour 2024

Taiwanese math rockers Elephant Gym are embarking on an extensive tour befitting the title of their latest album, 2023’s ‘World’. In June and July they will perform shows and festival slots in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Mongolia and their native Taiwan.

TOKYO ~The City of Music and Love

Yu Shirota will stage his first-ever show in Southeast Asia by bringing TOKYO ~The City of Music and Love to Singapore. Not only did the decorated actor and singer produce and direct the show, which is fresh off a successful run in Tokyo, he stars in it too. Expect Shirota to belt Broadway, Disney and J-pop hits with the support of a formidable ensemble, not to mention special guests miwa and Singapore’s own Nathan Hartono.

Choreography, costumes and sets will help bring the essence of Tokyo to the Esplanade Theatre stage in this show by promotion company Kyodo Tokyo, which is also behind NME Japan .

Atarashii Gakko!: World Tour

Atarashii Gakko! will be playing four dates in Asia as part of their 2024 world tour. Their irrepressible energy, eye-catching choreography and infectious songs make these shows in Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore not to be missed.

American blackgaze stalwarts Deafheaven are finally returning to Asia for a proper run of shows for the first time in nearly a decade this July. Over the course of their trek, they’ll perform in cities like Seoul, Tokyo, Manila, Bangkok, Singapore, Jakarta and more.

Chinese Football: 2024 World Tour: View

Last year, Chinese Football told NME that their goal in 2023 was “to break out of Asia and go to the world”. And the emo band from Wuhan, China are making good on that – in October they’ll stage their first-ever tour of North America. Before that, though, they’ll play three dates across Southeast Asia – heading to Thailand (for a festival celebrating post-rock, and headlined by Deafheaven), Singapore and the Philippines.

Hikaru Utada: Science Fiction Tour 2024

J-pop legend Hikaru Utada has unveiled their first greatest-hits compilation, ‘Science Fiction’ – as well as a huge arena/stadium tour of Japan and their first-ever solo shows in Taipei and Hong Kong.

Hardcore’s favourite underwater bois return to the region. Turnstile’s 2024 Asia tour includes appearances at festivals (Indonesia’s We The Fest, Japan’s Fuji Rock and South Korea’s Pentaport Rock Festival) but also their own headline dates in Thailand and Japan.

Alec Benjamin: 12 Notes Tour 2024

Singer-songwriter Alec Benjamin will return to Asia this July for a short collection of performances, consisting of solo shows and festival appearances. Benjamin will kick off his run with festival dates in Genting, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia before a solo show in Singapore, next making his way to Taipei, and Hong Kong for solo shows in support of his new album, ‘12 Notes’. He’ll play his final Asia date of this tour in Seoul, South Korea for the Have A Nice Trip festival.

Teddy Swims: I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy Tour

American singer-songwriter Teddy Swims will make his way to Asia this July for a short run of four shows, consisting of two festival dates and two standalone concerts. He’ll kick off his Asia shows at We The Fest in Jakarta, Indonesia before playing solo shows in Singapore and Manila, Philippines, before ending his Asia trek at Fuji Rock in Niigata, Japan.

Girl In Red: Doing It Again Tour

Norwegian singer-songwriter and producer Girl In Red – real name Marie Ulven Ringheim – heads to Asia for four shows between July and August, kicking off with the iconic Fuji Rock festival in Japan, before she plays solo shows in Singapore’s Esplanade Theatre and Hong Kong’s Aqualand. She will end off her Asian run of shows in Incheon, Korea, where she will play at the massive Pentaport festival.

Chris James

German-American bedroom pop artist Chris James will perform six shows in Asia this August, with stops confirmed in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, Thailand’s Bangkok, Singapore, Taiwan’s Taipei, Seoul in South Korea and Japan’s Tokyo. Expect infectious grooves and good vibes all around.

Sasha Alex Sloan: “Me Again” Tour Asia 2024

Sasha Alex Sloan has just released her third album ‘Me Again’ – and confirmed that she’ll tour it in Asia from August. She’ll perform in Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea. Pre-sale begins May 28 at 12pm local time for all markets, while general sale begins at varying times the following day (except for Japan, where general sale begins June 15).

Tori Kelly: Purple Skies World Tour

R&B artist and showstopping vocalist Tori Kelly will kick off her Purple Skies World Tour in Asia, playing six dates across Taiwan, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan. She’ll be supported by Maisy Kay on all dates except for Indonesia.

NME ’s The Cover star Laufey will return to Asia this August and September for her second slate of shows in the region this year. A healthy mix of festival dates and headlining concerts, the Chinese-Icelandic jazz lumiere will bring with her a breathtaking brand of jazz and pop for her biggest Asia tour date.

Things will get juicy when R&B duo Emotional Oranges come to Asia for the first time. Accompanied by soul act Chiiild, they’ll play One Ayala Trade Hall in Manila, Philippines, drop by Lalala Festival in Jakarta, Indonesia and finally play Yes4 Live Hall in Seoul, South Korea.

Conan Gray: Found Heaven on Tour

At long last, Conan Gray is bringing the ‘Found Heaven on Tour’ show to Asia later this year. Over two weeks, the singer will perform a balance of festival performances and headlining concerts that range from coliseums to stadiums.

Travis Japan: World Tour 2024: Road To A

Travis Japan have confirmed three shows in Asia as part of their 2024 world tour in support of their album ‘Road To A’. They’ll play two dates apiece in Taiwan and Hong Kong, and then wrap up with one date in Thailand. A month after that, the boyband will head to the US for three sold-out concerts.

Jay Chou: Carnival World Tour

Mandopop superstar Jay Chou returns to Asia for another leg of the Carnival World Tour. He kicked it off with dates in two Chinese cities in May and June, and will soon restart the tour in September and October with concerts in China, Singapore and Malaysia. Stay tuned for ticket details.

ONE OK ROCK

Japanese rock legends ONE OK ROCK are soon embarking on a tour of Europe and North America… but not before they play a handful of shows in Asia first. The band will kick off their 2024 trek with two shows in Tokyo’s Ajinimoto Stadium, before they head to Kaohsiung to perform at the National Stadium.

Olivia Rodrigo: GUTS Tour

Good for you, Asia! Olivia Rodrigo has finally announced several long-awaited tour dates in Asia between September 16 and October 1. Thom Yorke: Everything

This November, Radiohead’s Thom Yorke will embark on a solo tour dubbed Everything , a “new king of solo show thing” where he plays “version of songs from my recent and not so recent past”, as he put it. He’ll kick things off in New Zealand and Australia before heading to Asia – performing eight shows across Japan and only one other date in Singapore. Ticket sales for Singapore begin June 6, while the Japanese dates go on sale June 29.

The Heat of the Moment Tour 2024

Asia is absolutely delighted to announce The Heat of The Moment Tour, headlined by Asia and also featuring Focus, Martin Turner ex Wishbone Ash and Curved Air and MC’d by artist Roger Dean.

The tour will commence on 3rd July 2024 and will incorporate 21 dates across the USA and Canada.

The tour has been masterminded by rock music keyboard legend and original Asia member, Geoff Downes (Buggles, Asia, Yes).

Asia was the biggest selling album of 1982, number 1 on Billboard for 9 weeks and pioneers of the MTV era! Downes’ brand new iteration of Asia first began to evolve last Summer, at the concert held in memory of late lead singer, songwriter and bassist, John Wetton (King Crimson, Roxy Music, Uriah Heep, Wishbone Ash, UK, Asia, John Wetton Band, Icon). Downes invited old friend John Mitchell (It Bites, Frost*, Lonely Robot, Kino, John Wetton Band, Icon) and new-comer Harry Whitley to join him on stage to celebrate Wetton’s life by performing some of the classic Asia hits. Such was the uproarious reception to their set, that Downes wondered if something magical was beginning to take shape.

“ And so it was that the John Wetton tribute last August really reminded me how much Asia’s music belongs on the stage. The response to it all was literally…spine-tingling.”

Downes’ new-look Asia will once again feature Mitchell on guitars and Whitley on lead vocal and bass. The quartet will be made complete by the addition of Virgil Donati (UK, Southern Sons, Steve Vai, Allan Holdsworth) on drums.

Downes continues, “With the addition of Virgil Donati & John Mitchell, two of the finest musicians in the world in their respective classes, this is almost going full circle bearing in mind their previous close collaborations with John W. Completing this circle is also the amazing Harry Whitley who absolutely floored the audience with his incredible vocal interpretation of the Asia songs that John W and I so lovingly wrote over the years.”

The tour will also feature sets from other classic acts, Focus, Martin Turner ex Wishbone Ash and Curved Air. All three support acts boast their founder bandleaders and have deservedly attained the status of legend.

Focus will be releasing a brand new studio album later in 2024. Led by the indomitable Sir Thijs van Leer, featuring original 1970’s drummer Pierre Van Der Linden, plus the virtuoso talents of Menno Gootjes on guitar and Udo Pannekeet on bass.

Martin Turner was lead vocalist, bassist, founding member and creative force behind 70’s rock music behemoth Wishbone Ash, best known for such classic albums as  Argus  and  Pilgrimage .

Formed in 1970, Curved Air are one of the founders of progressive rock and a retrospective collection of their most influential and ground-breaking material is currently in the planning stages. Sonja Kristina (vocals) and Kirby Gregory (guitar) will treat audiences to an acoustic set featuring some of the band’s most memorable musical moments. They will be joined by violinist Grzegorz Gadziomski.

Each performance on the tour will be MC’d by legendary artist Roger Dean. For so many, Dean’s artwork is synonymous with the music of the time and stands to represent the very best of British rock music.

The final word goes to Geoff Downes, “I am convinced that John (Wetton’s) spirit is with us as we set out on this new adventure.  After all, it is the Year of the Dragon – just as it was in 1982, when we released our first Asia album. It’s as though it was meant to be. Looking forward to seeing you there, my friends – bring it on!”

Asian Tour’s thriving 2024 tournament schedule points to good times ahead.

The Asian Tour’s remarkable period of accelerated growth will continue unabated in 2024 after it recently released another impressive and substantial schedule for the new season.

Hot on the heels of the completion of its 2023 season, the Tour has unveiled an initial schedule of 20 strong events across 12 countries – with a significant number of important tournaments to be added.

The IRS Prima Malaysian Open returns to the 2024 schedule of the Asian Tour

The IRS Prima Malaysian Open will celebrate its return to the schedule after a four-year hiatus by becoming the season-opening event and will be played at The Mines Resort and Golf Club, from 15-18 February. The event was last played in 2020, when American Trevor Simsby triumphed.

It will be followed the week after by the International Series Oman – the first of 10 International Series events in 2024, which provide a pathway to the multi-million-dollar LIV Golf League.

International Series events will be played in Macau (International Series Macau presented by Wynn, 14-17 March), Morocco (4-7 July), Indonesia (31 October – 3 November), and Qatar (28 November 28 – 1 December).

The Hong Kong Open will once again be part of The International Series, and making its debut on the series will be the PIF Saudi International powered by Softbank Investment Advisers, which was the Tour’s opening event in 2022 and 2023. Both events will be in Q4. The dates will be announced later along with the details of three more International Series tournaments.

The Tour will also once again return to two of its traditional tournament strongholds, Korea and Chinese-Taipei.

Three events will be played in each market, with the GS Caltex Maekyung Open (2-5 May), Kolon Korea Open (20-23 June) and Shinhan Donghae Open (5-8 September) staged in Korea; while the Yeangder TPC (26-29 September), Mercuries Taiwan Masters (3-6 October) and Taiwan Glass Taifong Open (14-17 November) will be hosted in Chinese-Taipei.

The New Zealand Open presented by Sky Sport (29 February – 31 March), the Saudi Open presented by Public Investment Fund (17-20 April) and the SJM Macao Open (10-13 October) are also back on the schedule.

The Asian Tour’s remarkable period of accelerated growth will continue unabated in 2024 after it released another impressive and substantial schedule for the new season today.

Hot on the heels of the completion of its 2023 season last weekend, the Tour has unveiled an initial schedule of 20 strong events across 12 countries– with a significant number of important tournaments to be added.

Once finalised it is expected that the schedule will surpass this year– which saw 23 events staged with total prize money of US$35 million.

The Malaysian Open will celebrate its return to the schedule after a four-year hiatus by becoming the season-opening event and will be played from February 15-18.

The Malaysian Open was last played in 2020, when American Trevor Simsby triumphed. 

It will be followed the week after by the International Series Oman – the first of 10 International Series events in 2024, which provide a pathway to the multi-million-dollar LIV Golf League.

International Series events will be played in Macau (International Series Macau presented by Wynn, March 14-17), Morocco (July 4-7), Indonesia (October 31–November 3), and Qatar (November 28 – December 1).

Asian Tour 2024 Schedule

The Asian Tour schedule for 2024 will feature events around the continent as well as further afield.

The season starts in February in Malaysia, before coming to a culmination in December in Qatar. The likes of Macao, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and South Korea will all host tournaments this year.

Kenya, Morocco and New Zealand, along with the four majors in the United States and Scotland, will also feature on the 2024 Asian Tour schedule.

The Asian Tour will once again feature the International Series, with seven tournaments taking place around the world with higher prize purses. The winner of the International Series Order of Merit will qualify for the LIV Golf League in 2025.

ASIA Announces 'The Heat Of The Moment' July 2024 U.S. Tour

ASIA has announced "The Heat of The Moment Tour" , headlined by ASIA and also featuring FOCUS , Martin Turner (ex- WISHBONE ASH ) and CURVED AIR and MC'd by artist Roger Dean .

The trek will commence on July 3, 2024 and will incorporate 21 dates across the USA and Canada.

The tour has been masterminded by rock music keyboard legend and original ASIA member Geoff Downes ( BUGGLES , YES ).

"Asia" was the biggest selling album of 1982, No. 1 on Billboard for nine weeks and pioneers of the MTV era. Downes 's brand new iteration of ASIA first began to evolve last summer at the concert held in memory of late lead singer, songwriter and bassist John Wetton ( KING CRIMSON , ROXY MUSIC , URIAH HEEP , WISHBONE ASH , UK , ASIA , JOHN WETTON BAND , ICON ). Downes invited old friend John Mitchell ( IT BITES , FROST, LONELY ROBOT , KINO , JOHN WETTON BAND , ICON ) and newcomer Harry Whitley to join him on stage to celebrate Wetton 's life by performing some of the classic ASIA hits. Such was the uproarious reception to their set, that Downes wondered if something magical was beginning to take shape.

"And so it was that the John Wetton tribute last August really reminded me how much ASIA 's music belongs on the stage," Geoff said. "The response to it all was literally…spine-tingling."

Downes 's new-look ASIA will once again feature Mitchell on guitars and Whitley on lead vocal and bass. The quartet will be made complete by the addition of Virgil Donati ( UK , SOUTHERN SONS , STEVE VAI , ALLAN HOLDSWORTH ) on drums.

Downes continues: "With the addition of Virgil Donati and John Mitchell , two of the finest musicians in the world in their respective classes, this is almost going full circle bearing in mind their previous close collaborations with John W . Completing this circle is also the amazing Harry Whitley who absolutely floored the audience with his incredible vocal interpretation of the ASIA songs that John W and I so lovingly wrote over the years."

The tour will also feature sets from other classic acts FOCUS , Turner and CURVED AIR . All three support acts boast their founder bandleaders and have deservedly attained the status of legend.

FOCUS will release a brand new studio album later in 2024. Led by the indomitable Sir Thijs Van Leer , it features original 1970s drummer Pierre Van Der Linden , plus the virtuoso talents of Menno Gootjes on guitar and Udo Pannekeet on bass.

Martin Turner was lead vocalist, bassist, founding member and creative force behind 1970s rock music behemoth WISHBONE ASH , best known for such classic albums as "Argus" and "Pilgrimage" .

Formed in 1970, CURVED AIR are one of the founders of progressive rock and a retrospective collection of their most influential and ground-breaking material is currently in the planning stages. Sonja Kristina (vocals) and Kirby Gregory (guitar) will treat audiences to an acoustic set featuring some of the band's most memorable musical moments. They will be joined by violinist Grzegorz Gadziomski .

Each performance on the tour will be MC'd by legendary artist Roger Dean . For so many, Dean 's artwork is synonymous with the music of the time and stands to represent the very best of British rock music.

The final word goes to Geoff Downes : "I am convinced that John 's [ Wetton ] spirit is with us as we set out on this new adventure. Asia Launches 2024 Summer Tour: Set List, Video

Asia played its first proper concert since 2019 on Wednesday evening (July 3) in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The performance launched the band's summer tour and unveiled a new lineup who quickly revealed they were well-equipped for the task.

The British group's  eponymous 1982 debut , now over 40 years removed from its original release, figured heavily in the night's set list with seven of its nine tracks getting feature time. It's hardly surprising seeing as the album went to No. 1 on Billboard's album charts, driven by the success of three major singles. Songs like the now-signature " Heat of the Moment ," plus " Only Time Will Tell " and " Sole Survivor " helped Asia sell more than four million copies.

But it caught the members themselves off guard at the time. "When we finished the album, none of us knew how successful it was going to be," co-founder and keyboardist Geoff Downes told UCR prior to the tour start. "We all felt we'd made a good album, but you never know until you start getting played on every single radio station in America. All of the sudden, the album is flying up the charts."

Who's In Asia Now?

The current lineup of Asia was born out of the Extraordinary Life Memorial Concert , a 2023 tribute to late frontman John Wetton , who died in 2017 after a cancer battle. Vocalist Harry Whitley had the difficult task of stepping into Wetton's position that day, something he handled admirably, according to Downes, who noted that "he really, really raised some eyebrows." Guitarist John Mitchell worked with both Wetton and Downes in Icon and the John Wetton Band. Drummer Virgil Donati, well-known in the progressive rock circles, also has ties to Wetton, having been part of a successful reunion for '70s prog rockers U.K. Original guitarist Steve Howe , still currently with Yes , has been out of the Asia mix since 2013, while drummer Carl Palmer was unavailable for the dates due to commitments with his Emerson, Lake and Palmer tribute.

While some fans pushed back regarding the legitimacy of the new lineup prior to the tour, Lisa Wetton, the singer's widow, quickly released a statement of support . "John himself would have endorsed this tour, because he wanted the music to live on."

How Asia Is Honoring John Wetton's Memory

As Downes relates, Whitley was the crucial missing piece. "The amazing thing was, when everyone started playing, it just sounded so alive. Harry is a dead ringer for John in many ways in terms of his vocal delivery and his general presentation," he explained.  He was a real find."

"It seemed like a very, very nice way of paying tribute to John as much as anything else. You know, the idea that we could put together this team of musicians that would really do justice to Asia’s music," he added. "John’s always in my mind. Obviously, I had a fantastic friendship and writing relationship with John. We broke down some walls with our writing. It was always a very inspirational day spent writing with John. I cherish those memories."

The Heat of the Moment trek continues on Saturday in Medford, Massachusetts.

One thing I would like to avoid is to have to argue about extra unexpected payments. Can you kindly confirm that the cost of all the activities, visits to historical sites, museums etc. etc. that are part of the itinerary are covered? Are there items that would need an extra payment apart from personal expenses and the other items listed below?

All the costs for transportations, tour guides, entrance fees, and meals which are mentioned in the itinerary are included. There are no hidden fees. You only need to pay for your personal costs, tipping (for tour guides, driver…), excluded meals & visa fees.

How is the payment distributed? I am assuming that there will be a deposit and a final payment a month before the tour starts, do you have a scheme to distribute the payment in various installments?

For booking this tour, you can deposit 30% of the total cost (or at least 20%). We can accept payment in various installments (for example, each month you can pay a portion of the cost), no worries.

There is about 6 months for the plan, is there any travel insurance if we have to cancel due to an acute health problem arising? What kind of health insurance do you recommend for us?

Actually, we do not provide Travel Insurance as it’s complicated with Travel Insurance for foreigners from Southeast Asia. It’s recommended that you contact an Insurance Company in your country to buy one. Or please check with your credit card company, many credit card companies provide Travel Insurance. (You will have better benefits when you arrange Travel Insurance in your country).

What is the cost of a luxury tour in Asia?

The cost of a luxury tour in Asia can vary widely depending on several factors, including the destinations visited, the duration of the tour, the level of luxury desired, and the specific activities and accommodations included. It's important to work with reputable tour operators or travel advisors who specialize in luxury travel to ensure that your tour meets your expectations and preferences within your budget. We will have a lot of luggage. Is this a problem?

No, this is not a problem as long as you advise us in advance. Before you depart on your trip, please let us know how much luggage you expect to travel with so that we can arrange porters (whenever possible) and the appropriate vehicles at every stop along the way. However, please bear in mind that international and domestic airlines may charge extra fees for luggage that exceeds their maximum per person weight allowance. These fees are the responsibility of each traveler and must be paid directly to the airline(s).

Can you arrange my passport, visa or entry documents?

We cannot arrange a passport or visas on your behalf, but our experienced Reservations Team may be able to advise you on the type of visas and documentation you need when visiting certain countries. We also can provide hotel confirmation number and flights code already issused, so that you can use it to apply for your visa. Your passport must be valid for six months beyond the conclusion of your trip. Please check your passport before departure and give yourself time to apply for a new one if this is required. Also, if the nationality on your passport differs from the country in which you currently reside, contact your local consulate to ensure you have the right documents for travel. Your vacation may be disrupted if you cannot provide valid documents at airports and border crossings.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

This depends how far in advance you prefer to plan. We can book last-minute trips all the time, and we also arrange tours that are planned years in advance. Major considerations are visa requirements, hotel and tour guides availability, and difference price according to seasonal demand (festivals, school vacation, national holiday). So normally, at least one month before the trip we recommend to finalize your trip.

Can I make changes to my itinerary once the trip is confirmed?

Yes, you can change your itinerary prior to departure. However, depending on the available services and timing of the change, or difference price of tour, an additional fee may be applied. However, changes during your trip are not permitted since all services has been arranged in fixed schedule.

What is a Single Supplement?

All of our programs are priced per person, based on double occupancy (i.e. two people sharing one room). So in case there are many people in the group but someone wishes to occupy a single room, a single supplement will be applied to cover the additional hotel room costs.

FUJII KAZE ANNOUNCES 2024 ASIA TOUR Best of Fujii Kaze 2020-2024 ASIA TOUR in Manila

Fujii Kaze – the Japanese singer songwriter announces that he will be taking the "Best of Fujii Kaze 2020-2024 ASIA TOUR" to Asia cities by end of this year. The official tour image, and special website also revealed.

Last year, Fujii Kaze just held his first Asia tour. This time, the tour will be scaled up to an arena venue and titled “Best of Fujii Kaze 2020-2024 ASIA TOUR,” which sets to hit eight cities in the region starting in Singapore from October 26. After kicking off in Singapore, the singer will travel to Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Taipei, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Manila, Seoul and more.

Promoted by Ovation Productions and AEG Presents Asia, “Best of Fujii Kaze 2020-2024 ASIA TOUR” in Manila will be taking place on 10 December 2024 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Tickets for the concert are priced from Php 3,800 (exclusive of ticketing charges). General on-sale will take place on August 30 (Friday) / 12 PM PHT via smtickets.com.

This tour announcement follows the conclusion of his successful two-day live concerts titled Fujii Kaze Stadium Live “Feelin' Good,” which consisted of 2 shows with 140,000 people at Nissan Stadium in Japan.

About Fujii Kaze

Fujii Kaze is a rising singer songwriter from Japan. He started practicing classical piano when he was little after being influenced by his father. Since he was 12, Kaze uploaded piano covers of popular songs on YouTube, which eventually caught the music industry’s attention and led him to make a label deal.

In May 2020, Kaze released his first album “HELP EVER HURT NEVER” with a message not to hurt anyone but just help, while the world was right in the middle of the pandemic. It reached No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s Hot Album chart and got numerous prestigious awards in Japan. He was selected as YouTube Japan’s first Artist On The Rise and picked for Spotify’s global program, RADAR.

In September 2021, he hosted an aspirational event titled Fujii Kaze “Free” Live 2021 at NISSAN stadium. Hoping to free up people’s minds through his music, Kaze performed just by himself only with a grand piano at the 70,000-capacity stadium without any audience due to Japan’s state of emergency in response to the spread of COVID-19.
