Cancel dates 4/11- 10/4 it is refunded 85%. Cancel dates 10/5-10/7 it is refunded 80%. 10/6 is refunded 0%". The cancellation policy is worded the same as when we booked last year but the percentage refunded is now less by 5%. In the T&C it does state that "the cancellation of your package will result in supplier fees, if applicable.

And Costco notified us through email and asked us to contact them for the trip cancellation. However, we're also instructed to call airline separately.
Attempting to get a change or refund through Costco
Wife bought a Costco Vacation on July 28th for travel on the 16th of Sept for her 50th. It is for a resort in Kaanapali for 4 people and included flights. Trip is $5,500. According to the Costco Travel website, if we cancel now we lose out on $1,750. If we cancel Friday or later that number goes to $2,800.

I hope you have trip cancellation insurance through your credit card or similar. Good luck! Your only choice is to call. Since you bought through an agent, they control the booking now and you have to deal with them. Pretty sure you won't have a problem cancelling, power and cell service out on the west side, etc.

That is Costco's cancellation schedule and it just gives you some money back at certain times, I bought a package once with Costco and bought my own travel insurance policy from TravelGuard with all the personal coverages I wanted. A friend has a cruise package including air , cruise, hotel etc that has a cancellation schedule and he bought a policy from Travelguard to cover the whole package
