So far I have made a flight booking which has been handled extremely well and I am very satisfied. I have called the team a few times to clarify aspects of the flights and all have been handled professionally. today I spoke to Alice who was very helpful. No honour and many lies from Crystal…

No honour and many lies from Crystal travel agents do not use. HENRY made mistakes on our booking no baggage allowance for two adults (20kg x 2 both ways), despite telling us at the time of booking that it was 20kg per person. This cost us £836 extra. When you ring they will put you on hold 10 minutes or more. We have been talking back and forth for over 3 weeks now with HENRY'S MGR VIKRAM has made promises to put our allowance on for the flight back but this appears to be lip service still no resolution DO NO USE.

The customer service threatened me

The customer service threatened me, and he also suspected my intent of cancelling the flight during last minute. I was asked to submit a review for his service while he gaslighted me by saying “although you were not in a good mood” and I had a pretty good mood until he said that. I feel extremely offended. I tried to be calm and polite throughout the conversation. I couldn’t fly out as planned not because I don't want to, but because my passport is still with the Embassy and it’s impossible for me to travel without a passport.

When my phone app denied my flights to Paris, i received a phone call from Martin Smith of Crystal Travel. I was denied because the return flight could not guarantee Business Class. Martin is a life saver for our trip emergency!

Our family ran into an emergency with travel documents and there's no way we can show up for our non-refundable flights booked through crystal travel. It was a bad day for us but the only good part of it is I got to speak with Martin from Crystal travel. I was not hopeful about getting the trip rescheduled at all but he did the his best to help us in this situation by looking for the best tickets in the system in a good 10 mins and magically, he did find it! Thanks to this gentleman, our loss was minimized. I owe a big thank to Martin and would recommend Crystal travel to anyone who's seeking for a reliable agency to book their trips.

Lucas at Crystal Travel did an outstanding job!…

We had to make last-minute changes to flights due to the upcoming Aer Lingus strike. I had the opportunity to work with Lucas from Crystal Travel with these revisions. I booked a flight with them to Accra, Ghana. The team was very helpful. I had good customer service. I will use them again.

Booked plane tickets to Thailand. Or so I thought. Went through the process within couple of minutes and then they told me there were no seats left at the price. Someone calls and tells you that you can book at a totally different price, of course it's a higher price than it was advertised on the website. I smell the scam when I see it. It was my first attempt to use this website and the last one. Never again! Scammers!

I went on their site to book a flight. Made it all the way through putting in my personal and credit information, clicked confirm, then got a message that the price I had selected for the flight was no longer available, that someone else had gotten there first, and that the new price would be almost $100 more. I declined to proceed, went on a different company's website, booked the exact same flight for the exact same price no problem. I'm questioning if this is just a tactic they use to get more money? But I'm giving them 3 stars because I don't know for certain since I never booked a different flight with them.

Very unpredictable and irresponsible work. I had to re book my ticket to New Delhi because of an emergency. I paid an extra sum of $885 over and above my original ticket fare. Upon reaching the airport, I was told that the amount was not even processed. I had to pay an extra sum of about $600 for the same ticket. Till date, I have not received any remittance for this.

I had a great experience working with Yami for my travel reservation. He is very patient. Conversations I would say kept to surgical precision by Yami. Answered all questions I asked. Nothing extra information which confuses me. I recommend crystal travel LLC for your flight ticket reservation. They understand customer perspective very well. My story with Crystal LLC. I had discussion with Yami in the afternoon for tickets for 4 people to India from Houston, TX USA. Quote given by Yami in the afternoon was around $4800. I didn't book at that time because my friend booked tickets thru different travel agency already. Then in the evening when we went to Houston airport to catch the flight onboarding staff didn't allow us to onboard that flight because of some problem. Then I reached out to Yami for tickets. I had to go to India at any cost. I asked him to help me. Yami and crystal LLC being genuine business people helped me get tickets at the same price as discussed in the afternoon despite knowing that I'm helpless at that situation. They didn't exploit me.

Added over $50 to the price of a checked bag

I was booking a Spirit flight through Google Flights with Crystal Travel and they added more than $50 to the price of a checked bag. I discovered this when, after jumping through all the hoops to book a flight, I was told it was no longer available. I then went direct to Spirit to find they were charging $31 for a checked bag, not the $89 that Crystal Travel were trying to charge me.
