Your seats are reserved and guaranteed for the show..

Our seating plan is a mix of table sizes with tables of 2,4 and 6 and 12 people.

We have different tiers of seating which are represented by different coloured dots (seats) on the plan. Our main room shows have ‘Premier’, ‘Standard’, and ‘Premier-Plus’.

No need to get up to the bar, or wait in queues as we have waiter service running throughout your visit serving drinks and snacks

You can make specific seating requests if you want (i.e. if you don’t want to sit too near to the front!).

You can either select your own seat online, or make the request to the box office operative when booking

Yes. Tickets for our resident and visiting shows are all for a reserved seat for the show only.

There are various upgrade options available for most shows after you have selected your seats/show ticket type (Adult/Junior etc.) with options to add a dining package, and pre-order drinks options etc.

Whilst we recommend dining with us to get the complete ‘Viva experience’, you can opt to come just for the show by selecting a ‘Show Only’ ticket which is a reserved seat for the show.

Viva is a perfect destination for a party, or a group. With different table sizes (2s, 4s, 6s, 10s and 12s) and a flexible layout meaning we can add tables together, or seat in the same area of the room – we can cater for any private party requirement within our big show atmosphere.

Our Cabaret Theatre at Viva is a spacious, modern and comfortable venue which seats up to 650 people.

The stage is large, but close to the front tables – and all guests will feel like their part of the show with tables of various sizes.

You’re free to get up and dance around the table if you want to (as long as you don’t spoil the view for anyone else), and you can move around the room freely during the performance (relaxed space policy)

If you’ve ordered pre-ordered dining – then you’ll dine in your show seats before the curtain goes up on the performance.

One of the UK's favourite tribute acts will be performing in Aberdeen in 2024 celebrating over 10 years on the road.

The timeless music of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons takes centre stage as part of 'Oh What A Nite' - a show dedicated to the Red Jacket-wearing quartet of Frankie Valli, Nick Massi, Tommy DeVito and Bob Guadio.

The show, performed by the Jersey beat, will be heading to the Aberdeen Arts Centre on February 2 and follows a decade-long run in Blackpool, racking up over 250,000 visitors since its inception in 2013.

As well as celebrating the amazing music of the iconic quartet, comedy host Leye D Johns will also be featuring in the show. The audience will be able to enjoy a delightful blend of comedy, music, and choreography in this fast-moving tribute.

This Meadowlands boat tour is a 'wow factory,' with great views of NJ marsh wildlife

Showing people what she called the “wow factory” — the natural wonders that exist in New Jersey's own backyard — is what Gabrielle Bennett-Meany and her colleagues at the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority hope to do.

Bennett-Meany serves as the authority's manager of parks, trails and open space and is one of the guides for its free boat tours, which offer visitors close-up access to the Meadowlands' natural wonders.

 “When you’re on the highway, sometimes you don’t even know what’s down here,” Bennett-Meany said. “They say, ‘This is amazing. Who knew? I drive over Route 3 every day,’ or ‘I drive on the turnpike every day.’”

With 30 years’ experience in the Meadowlands, she brings an enthusiasm and insight to the experience, providing context about the region as well as the wildlife glimpsed along the way.

When do the Meadowlands tours run?

The authority runs tours weekly throughout the spring and summer, and those looking for a last dose of sunshine can still find a chance through the end of September. There are also walking trails in the Meadowlands region that are open all year round for visitors.

But the boats may be the crown jewel of the operation.

Boat tours that can accommodate about 14 people are led by veteran guides who bring decades of experience studying the wildlife and ecosystem of a vast and still largely overlooked area.

Bennett-Meany called the region the “best-kept secret” and said sometimes that’s for the best, because the makeup of the riverbed can be tricky to navigate, especially for people without experience.

The return of the osprey and the presence of bald eagles have garnered attention in the past, but the difference between hearing a story and seeing it in person can be astounding. And then there’s the peregrine falcon. The fastest animal on the planet — with flight speeds topping 200 miles per hour — can be found nestled into the underside of a bridge along Route 3.

Things like that provide context to visitors.

The marshlands are home to plenty of ducks and seagulls that can be found throughout the region, but watching a flock of cormorants take flight as the boat comes into the dock is a difference maker. It’s something unique — but with American Dream and MetLife Stadium, soon to host the 2026 World Cup, still in view, it's quintessentially Jersey.

The boat tours run along the Hackensack River and into the nearby tributaries and marshes, depending on tides and wildlife.

Bennett-Meany likes to start each tour with a little context about the river and how it works, running from the mountains of upstate New York into New Jersey before meeting the Passaic River and running into the Newark Bay. As a tidal river, it sees fluctuations in the water level, which the tours take into account.

“People live in our communities and are sort of separated from our natural areas, but once we begin to realize that our community is part of these natural areas,” she said, “it makes us think about what we’re doing in our hometown, how we’re connected to the environment and why many, many of these environments are very important.”

From where do the Meadowlands tour boats launch?

Boats launch from River Barge Park Marina in Carlstadt and venture up and down the river for about two hours. The marina’s manager, Angelo Urato, has watched the agency and the area evolve during 40 years of service.

He said that at low tide, the animals tend to be more active and visitors have a better shot at seeing a variety of species.

Bennett-Meany said having a harbor seal turn up about a decade ago was exciting, but the highlight for her has been the return of the ospreys.

She explained that decades ago, before the Clean Water Act set parameters on pollution, it was common to dump waste in the river, and the water quality was poor.

But wetlands protection efforts led to the rebirth of the area, and as species of fish and birds started to come back, so did the bigger birds that feed on them.

Enter the osprey. About 15 years ago, an osprey turned up. It nested and had young but ultimately failed. A year or two later, they came back and nested, and now they are a constant.

“It’s my favorite resurgence story,” she said.

Although the boating season is coming to an end, the Meadowlands Birding Festival will take place on Oct. 6 and will feature bird walks, talks and other activities at DeKorte Park in Lyndhurst.

Ben O'Connor breaks Australian Vuelta a Espana record with fifth day wearing the leader's jersey

Wout Van Aert claimed victory in the latest Vuelta a Espana stage but Ben O'Connor retained his leader's jersey.

O'Connor has now held the jersey for five stages, breaking Bradley McGee's Australian record of four in 2005.

What's next?

Stage 11 is a 166.5km circular ride around mountains in Spain's north-west, beginning and ending in Padron.

Ben O'Connor has retained his lead in the Vuelta a Espana and established a new Australian record in the Spanish grand tour.

The Perth rider completed a fifth day in the leader's red jersey, eclipsing the previous record of four (when it was gold) achieved by Sydney's Bradley McGee in 2005.

O'Connor (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale) rode a watchful race on stage 10, keeping an eye on his rivals for the general classification, and preserving his advantage over them.

The 159.6km stage from Ponteareas to Baiona, over a series of climbs in Galicia, was won by Wout Van Aert (Visma-Lease a Bike). It was the Belgian's third stage win of the race, further cementing his lead over Australia's Kaden Groves in the points competition.

Van Aert got into an early five-man breakaway, went away from that with Frenchman Quentin Pacher (Groupama-FDJ) 30km from the finish, then sprinted clear to claim his third stage win of the race. Marc Soler (UAE Team Emirates) was third.

O'Connor, the first Australian to lead the overall standings in the second week of La Vuelta, said at Tuesday's start he had enjoyed Monday's rest day and was looking to "tick each day off as they come, and see how long this story can last — I'm not at the end of my reserve yet."

After coming home with the main peloton, five minutes, 31 seconds behind Van Aert, he described it as "a good day", adding: "I'm really happy with how it went. I felt we had it all under control.

"In the end, it was the perfect scenario. It was a really hard start, it took a long time for the break to go. A lot of guys in the top 10 were interested in the breakaway so I think we did a good job today to control the start.

"I think tomorrow, the finale will be a little more decisive. The final climb is a hard one so it will be interesting to see."

"It was really my aim to be in the breakaway but I had a hard time on the first climb. I almost gave up but I gave it one more try just before the top," Van Aert said.

It’s the show night out not to be missed – wowing crowds in Blackpool since 2014, and now touring the country – OH WHAT A NITE! is a different style of tribute show to any other that you will have seen or heard of before.

Matt Andrew leads our vocal quartet as our tribute to Frankie Valli – telling the story of the band and how they formed the group which took them to the dizzy heights of television appearances, fame and fortune… all performed alongside an amazing trio of vocal talent – Johnny, Michael and Toby who take the roles of Nick Massey, Bob Guadio and Tommy Devito.

Comedy host Leye D Johns can’t be kept away from the stage for too long either, bringing a light hearted flavour to proceedings and ensuring the crowd leave with a big smile on their face.

Our Viva showgirls complete the cast line-up – bringing the moves of the 60s and 70s to the stage as well as backing vocals, and solo numbers of their own bringing the era back to life!

The show also has a way of bringing current hits to life too, with that same Doo Wop style – again making OH WHAT A NITE! different to any tribute show you’ll ever see!
